Dr. Jose Espericueta received his Ph.D. from Indiana University in 2011 in Latin American Literature with a minor in History. His dissertation focuses on the Colonial Period in 墨西哥 and questions of cultural and ethnic identity among mestizo populations. His re搜索 interests include transculturation, historical processes of colonialism, Mexican national identity, immigration, and U.S. Latino populations.
