Nicholas Pinciotti is an Adjunct Instructor of Global Strategy in the College of Business at the University of Dallas. He has a successful track record of sales, business development and program management in a global environment. Nicholas currently works as a Senior Program Manager for a large IT outsourcing company to support major clients for the delivery of data center, cloud computing and IT hybrid solutions. As the owner of the overall program direction, his role is to manage the end-to-end program plan management, control and progress reporting that identifies the program phases and project interdependencies. Previous to his current position, Nicholas worked as a Management Consultant supporting major telecommunications companies and Multi-System Operators (MSOs) for engineering, information technology or program management activities. In addition, he advised companies on new product and service development including network management, monitoring and help/service desk opportunities.
Nicholas has more than 20 years’ experience in the development and implementation
of creative B2B solutions with client organizations in various industries, primarily
in the telecommunications, travel and manufacturing sectors.
Previously in his career, Nicholas served in various marketing management positions
with Verizon Communications, including new product deployment processes and systems
implementation for the wireline, wireless and e-commerce groups. Prior to Verizon,
he worked extensively in both domestic and global markets developing strategic marketing
plans for a subsidiary of the United Technologies Corporation.
Nicholas is an MBA honors graduate in Telecommunications and Project Management from
the University of Dallas and has a BBA from the University of Toledo. He resides in
the Dallas, Texas area and is an active participant in the local chapters of the Project
Management Institute, Business Process Management Institute and the Six Sigma Benchmarking
Association. In additional to teaching at the graduate level, Nicholas also teaches
a personal finance class through the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University program.
